Haute and Homeless in Paris

"I had the loveliest time at this tattoo shop. I knew I wanted to get a tattoo while I was in Paris, and I was trying to find a place that was English-speaking and friendly to travelers. A few people on Reddit mentioned this studio and how welcoming they were, so I checked out the reviews and decided to reach out. From my very first message, they were so kind and accommodating, especially with my travel schedule. They were also completely cool when I changed my design. In person, the experience was even better. Everyone there was unbelievably kind. Mila did my tattoo and she did such an incredible job. I’m obsessed with how it came out. The space itself is adorable, and I even had a latte while I waited which was genuinely so good. I actually enjoyed just hanging out there. I wish these guys all the best and so much success. I would recommend this place to anyone, not just travelers, but they were definitely super traveler-friendly. This ended up being the last thing I did before heading to the airport, and it made my trip feel really complete and special."

"It all started with a good booking process on IG with Hannah. She was able to squeeze me in to get my very own souvenir tattoo in the 4 days we would be in town. I’ve had tattoos done and so happy to support a woman business! The space was clean and the staff was very inviting! Would definitely recommend this shop! My artist Diana took the time to see how I wanted my croissant to be positioned, and even before she finalized my tiny heart she wanted to make sure if I wanted it filled in or not and had me look in the mirror. They really want to make sure what you want is there. It was hard for me because I generally am indecisive haha! But overall a great experience and so so so happy with her work and patience!"

"We’ve all heard that Paris was the city of love… but to have fallen in love here in such a beautifully epic life-affirming experience… was beyond incredible. To then lose that love, that process was nearly life-ending in it’s pain. But it had to happen in order to shake me to my core, and send me on a truly life-altering, existential soul-awakening path that’s led me directly here - to Inked & Homeless. I’d been wanting to get a tattoo, to add to those permanent marks upon my body that have come to exemplify the very essence of my soul’s existence on this physical lifetime. Deep cuts that alter and mark the body the way they’ve marked my soul through their experience… especially important and resonant moments that have forever altered me, changing the very emotional and spiritual state in their importance. What better way to celebrate and express these checkpoints along our human path than with lasting signs one can look to as a constant reminder of the importance of their presence - especially those who have loved us and who we have loved like no one else in this lifetime. I’m forever grateful for his having chosen me, and me him, out of the 7 Billion souls on this earth - to have truly been in love with one another, however brief, was miraculous. That losing his love sent me on the journey to learn to love myself… that was the reason we came here to meet in the first place. I’m grateful for that. For eternity. And in this life, to mark that experience… Mila, at Haute.Homeless - she is my angel. Her work, her gift, her talent, her soul… she knew. She knows. And she helped me to repair, rebuild and move forward. With love. I’m eternally appreciative for her…. For God’s having placed her on my path and in my life. A gift. Of epic grace."
